Chckpea Sandwich Spread
5 cups cooked chickpeas
1/2 cup veganaise
2-4 Tbsp yellow mustard
1 small carrot, peeled into strips
1 rib celery, sliced
salt, pepper, and dulse to taste
Chop chickpeas to a coarse consistency usingfood processor. Stir in remaining ingredients, stirring to a smooth consistency. Season to taste with salt, pepper and dulse.
