Apple Cinnamon Steel Cut Oats in the Crockpot

  1. 8 cups water
  2. 2 cups steel cut oats
  3. 1/2 cup dried apple slices
  4. 4 Tbsp maple syrup
  5. 1-2 Tsp cinnamon
  1. Combine water and steel cut oats in 4 quart crock pot.
  2. Cook on LOW setting 6 - 8 hours.
  3. Stir well.
  4. An hour before serving, stir in dried apple slices, cinnamon and maple syrup.
  5. Serve with non-dairy milk and enjoy!
